The Chicana/o Latino/a Student Center, the Progressive Student Union, and the Comparative Ethnic Studies Department at WSU are sponsoring a panel presentation by workers from a Wal-Mart supplier sweatshop. One worker from a Florida Wal-Mart retail store will also speak about her time as an “associate” for the big box store.

The workers have traveled here to hold Wal-Mart publicly accountable for the human rights violations its policies encourage and abet in its supply chain and retail stores.
